Music On the Road
|
This is a simple page about designing a music
system for your bike to take the music of BikerBar Radio " On the
Road ".
The new Rio Volt allows you to play CD-R disks
that you burn with 255 of your favorite MP3 formatted songs. It comes
with a useful remote for changing songs and setting the volume.
MHinstrument's makes a cost effective solution
for powered speakers that can easily mount on your handlebars.
You may need a booster amplifier out of your MP3
or CD player. The Boosteroo works wonders.
I added a switch and wired the speakers into my
harley 12V system using a fuse and a line noise filter that you can get
at Radio Shack. You just need to be good with a soldering iron and a heat
gun with shrinkwrap insulation.
